The year before I passed culinary online course from @alisa.cooper.And finally, all knowledge about blanks came in handy.Yes, you have to spend some time on them (but this іs done when there is really time and there is no need to rush anywhere, accordingly, saving time when there is steam, the apocalypse and no breathing at all)

Alisa, hello! Thank you so much for the course, the secret of the chicken is finally out, juicy inside and crispy outside - oh gods, it was incredible! And the garnish of beans and other wonderful ingredients is also beyond praise! A great alternative... to chicken and potatoes:-) I have already made potatoes with cabbage and it is good for all occasions!

Alisa, I will not stop thanking you for your courses!Here, for example, today, thanks to the preparation, I assembled the lasagna in 10 minutes, put it in the oven for 20 minutes — and voila!It used to take half a day for lasagna

Alisa, I almost never write reviews. But here it is necessary! It is already the third course with you. 
1 module greatly simplified my life and at the same time diversified our menu (before I didn't eat legumes at all, now I constantly have 4 types of legumes in different types). I have been afraid of fish for a long time, but I believe that you will be able to make me friends with her. Do not stop, your work naturally changes life!

I wonder what the third one islaunch)) I'm really looking forward to the second onesystem module! From the first module - Mirpua, broth, chickpeas - the frost came very cool)) well, the approach in general 🤘spices are fine, a knifeexcellent, I bought new boards!Thanks again for the system,I don't get tired of advertising it foracquaintances and friends!))

At the "Cooper System" course, I got acquainted with cool roots, now a regular fry is a vegetable delicacy that you immediately want to eat! And the mincemeat is a dump of the head!Now life has become a little easier, because there is no need to bother with cooking, when the constructor himself lies and asks to cook 😍Eggplant lasagna- I have already cooked it twice, yesterday I made a strawberry pie according to your recipe, my husband said "f**king unbelievable")))))

Alisa!I took your course several years ago and still use yoursmethods of blanks. If younobody said to you that you changed someone's life for the better - then let it be me! Thanks to you - I have a useful habit for life. However, could you recommendchef knife? My set is already very old and the chopchoppchopp doesn't rake the parsley at all, and I understand what there is a point in buying a new set.
